You can reclaim self-expression as a fundamental part of who you are, so you can access your own deep inner wisdom, creativity, aliveness and inspiration on tap. What is Flow Speaking?
It’s time to honour the gift of words in you. The secret to living your gifts lies in committing to a more beautiful and truthful relationship to all that you are. I’m still on that journey, and would love to share it with you.
There is zero chance that you, and what you have to share, are not enough. Now is the time to live your gifts. It’s not some hyped-up all or nothing leap - just a moment by moment invitation and a messy, never-ending journey.
Everything we were taught to see as a problem is a gift.
Your nerves are gifts. Doubts, struggles and contradictions are gifts. Going ‘blank’ and not knowing is a gift. Failures, lack of control and vulnerability flow from the same place magic flows from. The only ‘fear’ we ‘should’ have is this - that out of fearing meaningless things, we forget our full presence and power.
The way you treat yourself and your audience deep down is your truest message.
Flow speaking is falling in love with everything arising in the moment, within and without. We embrace, embody and express ALL the parts of ourselves, speaking to the same grace in others. There’s that fuck-yeah feeling, and suddenly you can’t believe how easy it is as inspired words flow past your lips, and you dance with fuck-ups, curve-balls or distractions that would have left you scattered or shut down before. You feel, deep in your cells, that when you come from this place there’s no way to get it wrong. You’re more powerful, freer, funnier, and you’re reaching hearts and minds on a whole new level.

What happens in the workshop?
Kinda hard to say. As well as gems from flow science and my most transformational games, I also create brand new practices and exercises in the moment, inspired by what’s shared and alive in the group.

I’ve taught countless teachers and speakers. And storytellers, comedians, singers and such. The workshops are prefect for nervous and shy beginners. They’re perfect for experienced folks who want more freedom, flow and fulfilment. The practices I share are transformational at every stage of your journey, they’re gifts that deepen with you as you go. People return to my workshops over and over again, because they have more breakthroughs and reach new levels in themselves. Since my early teens I’ve been training and performing in theatre, spoken word and storytelling. I often placed in the top 3 or 4 in Ireland’s major poetry slams. I’ve been teaching transformational workshops since my early twenties. I’ve co-led with stars like Jamie Catto, and make guest appearances on courses by amazing folks like Brooke McNamara. I co-taught Ireland’s most successful comedy course for a few years. I’ve coached award winning performing artists and high-level teachers. I was named one of the top speakers of the 2018 Embodiment Conference, amongst some true giants, and mentioned again as one of the best sessions at the 2020 conference, out of a field of one thousand top teachers.
I get messages and comments every day saying the things I share, and the way I show up, are life-changing. There’s nothing special about me, I’ve just learned how to get out of my own way and let magic happen. I know for a fact you can do this too, if you’re willing to stretch and play, because I’ve seen it happen with every kind of person imaginable during my workshops already.
